Benjamin Lee
Benjamin Lee is an experienced family law and divorce lawyer licensed in California. Ben has helped hundreds of clients navigate the divorce process and is a strong advocate for his clients’ rights. He is passionate about family law and is committed to collaborating with clients on all family law matters. He was born in Washington D.C., and had an opportunity to live in small towns and big cities in the U.S. He also lived abroad in Taipei, Taiwan and Toyko, Japan. He now makes Irvine, California his home. Having lived in large international cities and smaller suburbs, Ben understands that everyone’s values, situation, and culture are different. He truly listens to his clients’ concerns to figure out how best to come up with a solution.
RIE OKUNO
Rie is our Paralegal. Having personally experienced the divorce process herself, Rie is passionate about supporting our clients throughout their entire divorce and the difficult transitions that come with it. She grew up in Osaka, Japan, and after high school, attended college in Oregon and became a flight attendant based in Tokyo, Japan. After coming back to the U.S. in 2010, Rie was an interpreter for the Port of Portland. She has joined our firm after moving to California. Rie enjoys meeting new people, cooking, and traveling.

Our Clients
We serve a broad range of clients, including business owners, doctors, engineers, venture capitalists, government workers, professional employees, and their spouses. We are also able to help with Chinese speaking and Japanese speaking clients. Benjamin Lee is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and conversant in Japanese, and Rie Okuno is a native Japanese speaker.
